“Thus, in light of the totality of the circumstances, the Court has concluded that the best interests of these children are served by awarding custody to the father. The Court acts with a weighty awareness of the gravity of its decision. The Court has considered at length less drastic approaches, such as granting the father summer visitation and ordering immediate therapy for the children and parties. The Court has concluded that such remedies would be ineffective.”
